Exercise is overrated

Realistically you can't burn a ton of calories and eat whatever you like if fat-loss is your goal, your body will probably compensate(we have hormonal systems regulating and checking how much energy we consume and expend, and it's always aiming for homeostasis).

Learn about what you're eating(check the back of products and read some on my recommended-list) and change your eating habits(I'm leaning towards more lean protein because increased satiety and muscle retention), you can exercise but it's more important for maintaining for slimmer body.

Keep(or start) weight-lifting because that will maintain your muscle-mass better(you'll lose more fat this way by sparing muscle to be used as energy).
